Challenge: Barrier-free access: serving all consumers equally, regardless of age, health status, place of residence, or other factors. 

Resource efficiency: Reducing paper and fuel consumption via digital solutions. 

Promoting energy efficiency culture: Creating online channels to share knowledge. 

Supporting national digitalization: Developing digital services for utilities. 

Crisis resilience: Ensuring uninterrupted service when offices shut down.

Solution: YASNO Digital (YD) is a system of online services that enables remote access to electricity-related services.

YD includes a website, a mobile application (including a separate one for electric vehicle drivers), a personal account, chatbots, an online store of energy-efficient solutions, and a voice assistant. YD allows users to transfer meter readings, pay bills, conclude a contract, order solar power plants and other energy-efficient products, and get advice. YD combines all services in one digital space with 24/7 access directly via your smartphone.

Result: 45% of consumers use the Personal Account and mobile app, while offline requests decreased by 25% in 2025.

29% of consumers opted out of paper bills, helping to save 1,020 trees annually.

4 MW of solar generation has been installed, which is equivalent to reducing CO₂ emissions by 1,333 tons.

94% of consumers confirm that interacting with YASNO Digital is easy.

110,000 EV charging sessions were completed at YASNO E-Mobility stations in 2025, reducing CO₂ emissions by 664 tons.
