Project description:

Many individuals face barriers to employment due to life circumstances or disabilities, limiting their ability to become active participants in society. These challenges often prevent them from accessing meaningful job opportunities and developing essential workplace skills.

The company created the “Dream Job Day” concept to open doors for these individuals. By involving various stakeholders, the company increased employment opportunities in non-core business roles, allowing participants to practice vital job skills.

Employees involved in the project gained access to new job opportunities in roles outside the core business activities. This had a significant impact on their quality of life and sense of inclusion in society. The project not only enhanced their employability but also improved their overall well-being and participation in the community.

The company implemented the “Dream Job Day” concept, offering companies a chance to engage with individuals whose ability to work is partially limited but who possess the motivation and desire to contribute. These “targeted workers” include people with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or those recovering from serious conditions. By providing a 4-hour workday in their dream job, companies can meet new talents and promote diversity.
