Project description:

Challenge: The “Modern Synergy: Business and Education” project is designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and the real needs of business. The main challenge is to create an effective model of cooperation that will allow students to gain practical experience while companies prepare qualified specialists. This requires the synergy of educational programs and business practices to jointly shape the future of a competitive economy.

Solution: To implement the “Modern Synergy: Business and Education” project, Modern Expo has created a partnership platform with educational institutions. It includes joint educational programs, study visits for students and teachers, student internships at the company with potential future employment, preparation of course and diploma projects on topics proposed by company employees, mentoring by company experts, and the development of real business cases.

Result: In cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science, Modern Expo is involved in the development of modern educational standards. The company has also become a platform for the defense of course projects by LNTU students, which allows combining academic knowledge with real production processes. With the support of Modern Expo, the NUFT College opened the Educational and Practical Center for Electronics and Robotics, and the Regional Vocational College in the town of Volodymyr opened the Center for Electrical Engineering and Renewable Energy. Within the framework of the partnership, licensing of new popular professions has been carried out, in particular, for electromechanics and machine tool operators at the Technical Vocational College. LNTU has joined the project with internships for teachers and students.
