Challenge: 

Women constitute 49.6% of the world population, but their  contribution to world GDP is only 37%. Women are powerful agents  of change, but continue to be under-represented in decision-making  in politics, businesses, and communities.  

The ITFC focuses on trade and the development of sales. At  seminars on developing skills to enter foreign markets, we have  repeatedly observed greater involvement of women than men. This  allowed us to conclude that the direction of training in  entrepreneurial skills and sales is relevant for women.

Solution: 

The ITFC team decided to conduct training, mentoring sessions and  motivational workshops for women to increase their level of  involvement in business and scale of entrepreneurial activity. The  main purpose of business seminars «Women Biz Days» – increase  the productivity and efficiency of SMEs led by women, through  improving business management skills.

– 14 business seminars 

– 3300 applications 

– 360 participants  

– 15 businesses official created
