Project description:

Challenge: Veterans and their families face numerous urgent needs ranging from access to social services and employment to legal and psychological support. Finding solutions across different institutions takes time and effort. Therefore, a user-friendly online platform was needed to gather key services in one place and make information easily accessible. Its goal is to ease veterans’ adaptation and support defenders and their families.

Solution: N-iX, in partnership with Lviv National Academy of Arts, developed the web portal for Lviv Veterans Center. Taking into account the needs of veterans and leveraging technological expertise, the company jointly launched a resource distinguished by convenience, simplicity, and functionality. The site provides legal and psychological consultations, information on benefits and social guarantees, employment opportunities, and support for families of fallen and missing soldiers.

Result: The launched portal veterany.city-adm.lviv.ua has become a central access point for veterans and their families. It unites key services from Lviv City Council, offers online appointment booking, and provides news, instructions, and answers to frequently asked questions. Through collaboration between the social sector, business, and education, the project simplified access to support and created a sustainable solution for veterans and their families across Ukraine. The company is continuously improving the portal and is now implementing AI solutions and a user-friendly chatbot to enhance the experience.
