We live here

Project description:
According to data from open sources, more than 30% of the territory of Ukraine is mined – over 400,000 hectares of agricultural land and almost the entire water area of the country. More than 10 million Ukrainians are in constant danger, living in mined territories. Thousands cannot return to their homes because of the danger. Experts say this is a decades-long problem, so we’re acting now.
We Live Here – a joint initiative of Kyivstar and the Come Back Alive Foundation is aimed at providing equipment and transport for 146 engineering and sapper groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The goal is to collect UAH 175 million for transport and equipment for sappers in order to speed up the demining of Ukraine and ensure the safety of those involved in it. Over UAH 100 million have already been raised for the project, of which UAH 20 million were transferred by Kyivstar and more than UAH 55 million were transferred by Ukrainian businesses and cultural figures supporting the initiative. The project was also supported by the Okean Elsy band and 1+1 media.
Anyone can join the initiative by making an individual contribution on the program’s website and signing up for a monthly donation. Subscribers of Kyivstar can connect on the unique charitable Superpower “Assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine” and donate up to UAH 50 to demining every month simply by using a mobile connection.
