The big part of the Sigma Software team is in Ukraine, thus, to support them the company has founded Unity Fund. Since the beginning of the war the organization fundraises to meet the needs of the specialists who serve in the Army now, including military and civilians, by involving their team, clients, and external partners. In 2024 all donors seemed to be tired from the constant pressure and fundraising dropped.

On May 10th, Sigma Software celebrated its 22nd birthday. To honor this date they decided to donate money to support the Ukrainian Army and its citizens instead of making traditional T-shirts. Organization also invited their specialists to top up this initiative with their donations or to share the fundraising calls on social media. The raised funds were meant to be transformed into a large project aimed at developing a system for the protection of Ukrainian cities.

USD 7,500  was saved from the T-shirts, and USD 13,035.82 was donated by colleagues. 20 ambassadors supported the fundraising in their social networks, inviting their followers to join it. They were able to gather almost USD 2,400. Additionally, USD 1,800 was raised among the participants of the DOU Day conference.

Sigma Software and Sigma Software Unity Fund doubled the whole sum of received donations. The total sum has reached UAH 1,702,099 or around $41,800.
