Project description: 

UGEN Academy Audit is an educational program conducted by EY together with the HR branding agency UGEN and partner companies. The goal was to provide students with practical skills in auditing, integrate them into the profession and familiarize them with auditing procedures.

Together with its partners, the company developed a 2-month educational program featuring lectures and team work on case studies. Participants attended 7 educational modules to prepare them for the auditor role in an international company. The company also participated in a series of case study workshops and English-speaking clubs.

It received a total of 470 registrations for this project, 86 participants were selected. Eventually 62 individuals received training completion certificates.

The value of the project lies in participants acquiring new knowledge within their specialization and immediately applying it in practice. It also helps the individual hone the skills they acquired at university. Students gain insight into their future careers and can interact with industry professionals who provide advice based on their own experience.

It is essential to connect with talented youth, understand their expectations from employers and work towards meeting those expectations. Furthermore, collaboration with partners allows EY Ukraine to jointly achieve better results: together providing participants with high-quality knowledge while helping them gain a deeper understanding of the auditing profession.
