Following thorough research, selection and the formation of the primary list of Ukrainian brands, in time other designers began to contact TSUM on their own with proposals to be represented in the retail space. 

The next stage of working with brands is mentoring. The buying team carefully works with designers on collection samples and makes recommendations for final production, while the visual merchandising team places the products in the sales area according to the department store’s standards. 

An important stage of cooperation is regular training from brand designers for the department store’s stylists to ensure high-quality customer service. The support for brands does not end there. Complex marketing package includes creating special pop-ups, support through TSUM’s social media and newsletters, special events and exclusive collaborations with TSUM Kyiv.

TSUM Kyiv strengthens its support for Ukrainian producers year after year, constantly increasing the number of partner brands.
