Project description:

Many young professionals have left the country or are planning to do so, and those who live here are often unable to obtain an adequate level of qualifications due to complex external and internal factors. Business demand for qualified workers is increasing, and the number of candidates who are suitable and ready to work is constantly decreasing.

EY decided to create an audit training course in partnership with Prometheus, a leading online education organization. This course will be taught by experienced EY auditors who work according to international standards and have extensive experience in this field. In this way, the students who choose the course will receive quality knowledge from practitioners and will be able to get a job at an international company.

Currently, the project is in the implementation stage, its active educational phase will start in autumn. The company intends to train more than 200 students, most of whom will be able to study for free under the USAID scholarship program. The result of the project will be an increased number of qualified job-seekers on the labor market, which will help reduce the personnel crisis. In addition, high-quality training will popularize the auditing career, so more economists will choose to work in this field of expertise.
