Project description:

According to the Minister of Health Viktor Liashko, as of the beginning of 2023, 649 emergency medical vehicles were damaged or seized. The goal of th project is to draw the public’s attention to the problem of the emergency vehicles shortage, because behind every destroyed specialized car there are hundreds of lost lives. Therefore, it is important to unite around this important mission – to save human lives.

The company decided to purchase and hand over 55 modern fully equipped ambulances. Class C intensive care units have defibrillators, electrocardiographs, pulse oximeters, infusion machines, glucometers, stationary oxygen tanks, and portable ventilators. Since the high cost of one ambulance, which is 100 thousand conditional units (UAH 3.5-4 million ), they decided to involve their customers and partners of the company in fundraising.

As a result, the Epicentr K company, together with their customers and partners, financed and handed over 77 ambulances costing over UAH 209 million  to civilian and combat medics. During the period of the “Saving Lives” social initiative, 1,300,080 customers of Epicentr donated UAH 43,901,025. Through various communication channels, we reached more than 7 million Ukrainians.
