Project description:

FPV drones have already proven their effectiveness in pinpointing the destruction of enemy equipment. A professional crew of FPV drone pilots can destroy up to 10 enemy targets within a day. Uklon’s strategic goal is to create an ecosystem for the use of drones, from procurement to training for their use on the battlefield.

The company joined with Serhiy Prytula’s charitable foundation and Boryviter military school to convince various stakeholders that it is necessary to pay attention and donate to our project. However, pilots’ training and the purchase of FPV drones is one of our primary tasks.

Uklon’s action:

1) Developed a creative video that conveys the importance of using FPV and the battlefield and operator training.

2) Involved opinion leaders – Lebigovych and Lachen recorded the song “Feed Drones as Ammunition”

3) Creative drop with Halychyna Aviation, where 50% of the purchase proceeds went to collection.

4) Involved the owners and top managers of Uklon in the promotion of the fundraising.

5) They used Uklon’s application for systematic fundraising – with the help of the “regular donation” function

 6) “Television Toronto” was involved, as they organized an auction of military paraphernalia to raise funds.

Results: 

1) In June 2024, more than 420 pilots were trained to operate FPV drones

2) UAH 50 million was raised in 1.5 months to purchase 2,000 FPV drones and train 420 pilots.

3) Uklon is most often associated as a company that supports the army among competing businesses.
