Responsible AI, HUDERIA Impact Assessment Methodology

Responsible AI, HUDERIA Impact Assessment Methodology

Project description:
Challenge: AI systems are increasingly leveraged to generate disinformation, deepfakes, and propaganda, undermining democracies, human rights, and public security. The lack of a unified preventive framework and international coordination allows for widespread dissemination of harmful content, eroding trust in the global information ecosystem.
Solution: The company implemented the HUDERIA methodology as a preventive AI impact assessment framework, integrating human-rights and disinformation risk evaluation at the development stage. A universal algorithm was developed and adapted for Ukrainian companies, pilot training was delivered for AI firms, and a regulatory sandbox for continuous refinement was established.
Result: Following HUDERIA implementation, companies obtained a proactive tool to identify and mitigate human rights risks. AI firms reported reduced risks, with notable improvements in transparency and accountability.
