Psychological Insights Club | Supervision

Project description:

Challenge: Ukrainian psychologists work in conditions of war, social crisis, and heavy workload. They face professional burnout, complex cases, and a lack of quality supervisory support. This reduces the effectiveness of client care and increases risks to the overall mental health of society. That is why a platform is needed to strengthen professional resilience and enhance specialists’ competencies.

Solution: The Psychological Case Review Club was founded under the guidance of Doctor of Psychological Sciences Yehor Topolov. The format includes monthly supervision sessions and lectures, access to recordings, and methodological materials. The Club provides a space for professional growth, experience-sharing, and support. This reduces the risk of burnout, enhances specialists’ qualifications, and improves the quality of psychological care for clients.

Result: Over 25 club psychologists from the club reviewed more than 60 cases within 24 supervision sessions over six months. 90% of participants reported increased professional confidence and competence. The club not only provides effective tools and prevents burnout but also fosters a culture of peer support. This serves as a model for the sustainable development of the community, strengthening the psychological resilience of society.
