Challenge: 

The company Adjarabet has created a corporate social responsibility platform “Initiative”, which combines all the projects that have been implemented by the company so far. The platform “Initiative” aims to contribute important, topical and development-oriented issues for the society.

The corporate social responsibility platform is focused on:

o responsible gaming

o development of innovations and technologies

o support for Georgian sports and athletes

o other beneficiaries.

Our goal is to work with partners to create projects that focus on meeting specific needs, sustainability and development.

As a part of corporate social responsibility, we work with a number of private and non-governmental organizations. We will single out the project “Active life is my disaster” This is a project that has no analogues in Georgia, the project aims to promote full integration of people with disabilities in society  through sports and creativity and involvement in social projects.

Solution: 

We would also like to point out that the company Adjarabet has signed a memorandum of cooperation between the Adjarabet Corporate Social Responsibility Platform “Initiative” and the “Femina” Foundation. Within the framework of the memorandum, the company “Adjarabet” helped the beneficiaries of the fund to have access to education. In particular, 22 women with the support of “Adjarabet” will have the opportunity to participate in the project with full repayment of the spring semester study fee.

We will also highlight the first project of the initiative in 2020, the Stephane Concert-Marathon, ( Georgia singer )which was held with the support of the initiative to help the beneficiaries of the Foundation “1 Anoba”, along with the proceeds from the concert, the company “Adjarabet” on its own initiative allocated additional financial resources, provided the people who were most affected by the coronavirus with the help they needed .

Results: With the onset of the pandemic, all coronavirus-related information about the recommendations was posted on all available ad channels in Adjarabet. In addition, the company transferred half a million GEL to the state to purchase rapid tests within the framework of corporate social responsibility.

As we have already mentioned, Adjarabet is focused on supporting Georgian sports and people. An important direction for the company “Adjarabet” is the support of Georgian athletes. The company is constantly trying to increase the awareness of Georgian athletes, give them the opportunity to show their maximum potential and compete in important competitions or tournaments.

Currently, the company cooperates and supports several sports federations and various sports associations: National Basketball Federation, Techball, Georgian Breaking Dance Federation, Sports Development Alliance, MMA Martial Arts Academy, Georgian Water Polo Federation.

At the moment the company has about 20 honorary ambassadors from different sports, including: Giga Chikadze, Ilia Topuria, Tornike Kimadze, Lasha Shavdatuashvili, Geno Petriashvili, Guram Tushishvili, Varlam Liparteliani, Irma Khetsuriani, Stella Andriuk, Nino Odzelashvili, Avto Kenchadze, Nika Kenchadze, Tato Grigalashvili, Vazha Margvelashvili, Elizbar Odikadze, etc.

9 honorary ambassadors of Adjarabet took part in the Tokyo Olympics, out of which 4 are silver medal holders. The company has allocated a prize fund of half a million GEL for the Olympians. Adjarabet awarded 100,000 GEL to each of the silver medal holders, and 20,000 GEL to the athletes who had participated in the Olympics. The main goal of this award ceremony was to promote Georgian athletes and give them an opportunity to participate in more tournaments or challenges.

One of important directions is the support of Georgian athletes. The company is constantly trying to increase their awareness, give them the opportunity to develop their maximum potential and compete in important competitions or tournaments. We support individual athletes in their professional growth. We also contribute to the development of this field.

Our goal is to create projects in cooperation with partners, which are focused on solving specific needs, sustainability and development. We cooperate with a number of private and non-governmental organizations within the framework of corporate responsibility.
