After de-occupation, moments of happiness are replaced by despair, because the enemies have left behind people living below the poverty line. The residents of the liberated regions have almost nothing. And they need support and systematic assistance. Nova Post decided not to stand aside and support people in the de-occupied regions. So, it invited everyone to become a volunteer.

Ukrainians buy goods from the list, bring them to the Nova Post office, and the company delivers them at its own expense and, together with ONUKY Charitable Foundation, pack and distribute them. The company has compiled the list of needed products and medicines.

Sending humanitarian aid is simple. In the Nova Post office, you need to tell an employee that you want to send humanitarian aid to the de-occupied territories, with the ONUKY Charitable Foundation as recipient, and specify the municipality where you want to send it. It is possible to send humanitarian aid to liberated settlements where Nova Post already operates, i.e.: Kharkiv Oblast, Donetsk Oblast, Kherson Oblast. Then Ukrainians living in the de-occupied territories receive humanitarian aid. Nova Post operators distribute parcels to those who have asked for assistance. The moment when the box is handed over to each person is recorded by camera. The reports about the issuance of humanitarian aid can be easily accessed on the company’s social networks or be received upon request.
