Project description: 

With the beginning of the full-scale war, all Ukrainian businesses, from the smallest to the largest, faced challenges for which management was not prepared. The government was quickly adopting new laws aimed at overcoming the crisis and supporting business in war conditions.

On March 21, 2022, Olga Bogdanova, CEO of CROWE ERFOLG UKRAINE, in partnership with the Ukrainian Agrarian Council was the first to launch a project of free online consultations for business representatives of various industries and sizes. During the consultations, Ms. Bohdanova explained legislative changes, provided an auditor’s professional opinion, collected questions from businesses, which she then processed with the STATE TAX SERVICE OF UKRAINE (STSU), and then again held online meetings with businesses in partnership with the STSU. The number of participants for each event ranged from 200+ to 1400+, and brought together various sectors of the economy, including: agriculture, IT, processing, logistics, trade, etc. This was indicative of the great need by business for this initiative.

The results of the professional work formed the basis of some draft laws and a number of clarifications about taxation by the State Tax Service of Ukraine and were extended to almost all taxpayers of Ukraine.

The project helped many representatives of Ukrainian business in preparing for the implementation of legislative changes. The project was aimed at assisting development goals to support stability, wartime survival and economic growth.
