Project description:

As a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine, the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine face numerous challenges related to the coordination of actions, registration of victims and their families, as well as the provision of social and legal protection. Traditional methods of management and accounting do not always ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the necessary information. This leads to difficulties in providing patronage, identifying the current needs of veterans, and providing targeted assistance. The need to implement modern IT solutions to optimize these processes is becoming increasingly important.

The project “MIA: Social Protection” offers a systematic coordination of the actions of the bodies and institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, including mechanisms for registering affected persons and their families, military personnel, and persons serving or employed in the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The platform provides patronage for people affected by armed aggression, identifies current needs of veterans, and assesses the provision of social guarantees and targeted assistance. In addition, the system allows for the provision of social and legal protection, as well as targeted assistance to affected persons, within the framework of the law. 

The implementation of the company’s IT solution has significantly improved the coordination of activities of the bodies and institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The system ensured prompt and accurate registration of affected persons and their family members, which allowed for effective patronage and identification of veterans’ current needs. Thanks to the automation of processes, organizations were able to provide social guarantees and necessary assistance more quickly and targeted. As a result, the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine were able to significantly improve their efficiency and ensure proper social and legal protection and patronage of the affected persons and their families.
