At MHP, over 2,500 employees are currently serving in the military, and their veteran community has grown to over 400 people. In response, the company launched the MHP Standing Together program in spring 2023 to support the reintegration of military personnel and veterans.

To provide comprehensive support from the first days of mobilization to the veteran’s transition back to civilian life, MHP established the Military and Veteran Support Center in the fall of 2023 as part of the MHP Standing Together program. The center’s team of coordinators and experts offers personalized guidance and a comprehensive range of services, including humanitarian aid for military units, medical, psychological, and legal support, as well as assistance with social reintegration and professional adaptation. To facilitate more convenience and efficiency, the company had also introduced a 24/7 hotline for inquiries and consultations, along with the VETERANS’ POWER Telegram channel.

The MHP has built a strong support ecosystem for military personnel, veterans, and their families across 13 regions of Ukraine where the company operates. The MHP Standing Together program is currently focused on supporting veteran entrepreneurship, developing veteran community centers, and promoting adaptive sports. In 2023, they supported 16 veteran community centers in Kyiv, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, and Khmelnytskyi regions. This year, in partnership with other organizations, they have already launched five SVII SERED SVOIKH hubs in the Lviv region. Their immediate plans include  the establishment of 15 additional adaptive clubs in various communities as part of the ‘Time to Act, the Unstoppable’ social initiative contest. The MHP’s  program provides the essential resources and opportunities for the reintegration and readaptation of Ukrainian defenders, both during their service and in their transition back to civilian life.
