Project description:

Teenagers with special needs, especially from war-affected regions of Ukraine, can face limited access to quality education and professional opportunities, particularly in the IT field. This creates barriers to their integration into the modern labor market and society. As a technology company, N-iX is committed to promoting equal opportunities in the IT sector. The company’s educational program aims to break down the barriers, helping young individuals realize their potential and gain essential tech knowledge and skills.

At the N-iX office, the company  organized the “IT-Camp Positive Connections” course, where teenagers learned programming, web development, cybersecurity, and project management. Tailored to their needs, the program emphasized developing soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. We also included psychological training to boost students’ confidence and prepare them for future challenges. The participants interacted with industry professionals, engaged in workshops, and worked on their own projects.

The program empowered participants with in-demand tech skills, including programming, web development, and cybersecurity. Hands-on workshops, meetings with experts, and group interactions enriched their learning experience and helped them make new friends.
