Challenge: 

TASKS: 

• selection participants in need; 
• training them; 
• start participant’s project. 

CHALLENGES: 

• the participants will be gathered; 
• the business idea will not support by local governance; 
• the business idea will not work;
• COVID 19;
• mass riots and clashes with the police.

Solution: 

We are going to: 

• Training 375 young people aged 18-35 for social enterprise; 
• Start 150 business projects. 
• In the Regional center for the development of socially-oriented local entrepreneurship, young people take advantage of working in coworking (in cooperation). 
• Regional development strategies have been adopted in the district(s); 
• Organize Conference «Regional strategies for sustainable development of small towns and rural areas» is known to the participants of two conferences and the General public.

Results: 

We are going to: 

• 375 young people aged 18-35 improved their employment opportunities by successfully participating in career planning trainings; 
• 150 young people started the process of launching business projects
• In the Regional center for the development of socially-oriented local entrepreneurship, young people take advantage of working in coworking (in cooperation). They get support and contacts to plan and implement their business ideas and have the opportunity to create and join business infrastructure (business networks); 
• Regional development strategies have been developed in the district(s) that are known to the target group; 
• The theme “Regional strategies for sustainable development of small towns and rural areas” is known to the participants of two conferences and the General public. The competition (business) – ideas becomes known and supports local initiatives that promote regional development.
