Project description:

The full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine put millions of Ukrainians in danger. Over a third of Intellias specialists were in hot spots. Apart from the direct threat to the lives of their colleagues, there was a threat to the business itself. As well, it had to support its employees who joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as to support various Armed Forces units.

The objective was to create an ecosystem of support, secure business continuity and to support those serving in the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Using an existing Business Continuity Plan, the company organized the evacuation of its team. Intellias offices in safer regions became temporary support hubs. The company carried out regular company-wide communications and messaged its colleagues directly. It used an internal crowdfunding platform, IntelliShare, for big fundraising campaigns and the Intellias Stronger Together channel for smaller fundraising initiatives and communication and organized educational events with prominent charity fund representatives for the volunteer community.

More than 1300 people were evacuated during the first days of the full-scale invasion. During the first two weeks, the company was able to return to its work schedule and delivered on its commitments to clients. It donated over $1.8 million to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, helping 104 military units. According to internal surveys, Intellias specialists had a 98% satisfaction rate with CSR projects in 2022. In 2023, this figure reached 99%. Intellias`s video about volunteer stories was shortlisted for Ukrainian Creative Stories 2023 at the 24th Kyiv International Advertising Festival.
