Sigma Software had to integrate two important strategies – Globalization and People First – to ensure effective operation in the face of rapid growth and expansion into international markets during the war.

The company used a comprehensive approach that included:

• Ongoing support for employees through financial stability, professional skills development, healthcare, family programs, and work-life balance.
• Analysis of 19 markets to create equal opportunities and customized packages for employees.
• Implementation of digital tools to optimize HR processes.
• Intensification of the DEI policy covering more than 15 nationalities and gender equality in the company.

Thanks to decentralization and autonomous decision-making, Sigma Software has achieved the following results:

• 75% of specialists are satisfied with the company’s support (ESAT).
• The number of promoters increased by 15% (NPS).
• The outflow rate has halved compared to 2022.
• 10% of employees have been with the company for more than 10 years.
• 460 experts joined the team, including more than 100 abroad.
• Optimization of HR work by 60% allowed us to focus more on supporting employees.
• The customer satisfaction rate is 98%.
