After experiencing the shock of the first days since the beginning of the Russian invasion, METRO Ukraine realized that they are needed not only by their relatives, and that the company is obliged to become a partner for the Ukrainian State. 

During this period from the beginning of the war, they have ensured the uninterrupted operation of their stores and supplied food and everything required to our heroic Ukrainians. 

The company actively carries out its humanitarian mission with hundreds of units of goods including food and non-food products from the METRO assortment are donated daily to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Territorial Defense Units, hospitals, NGOs that care for temporarily displaced persons, and abandoned animals. 

METRO Ukraine also provides food and tableware for its social HoReCa partners, who prepare hot meals daily for those who most need this support.
