Challenge: Ukrainian educators face a critical need to develop digital competencies, particularly in applying artificial intelligence (AI) to improve teaching. Many teachers lack practical AI skills and access to tools, limiting the quality of education and innovation in schools.

Solution: The Google AI Academy for Educators is a free six-week online program combining lectures, workshops, and expert consultations. It offers tailored learning paths for preschool teachers, school teachers, and higher education faculty, focusing on AI basics and practical classroom applications.

Result: Thousands of Ukrainian educators have gained AI skills to create adaptive learning materials, automate routine tasks, and apply AI ethically. Certified participants form a growing community ready to transform Ukrainian education, enhancing teaching quality and preparing students for future challenges.
