Challenge: 

promotion of the development of communities in which the company’s facilities are located by spreading knowledge among citizens on social entrepreneurship, design thinking, attracting investments and promoting their own initiatives.

Solution: 

1. to provide the opportunity for citizens to gain modern knowledge and practical skills for the development of social entrepreneurship;

2. to present successful cases on social entrepreneurship and development of communities;

3. to transfer knowledge for the development of projects designed to meet the UN Global Sustainable Development Goals in their communities;

3. to inform about tools for finding investments to implement ideas of the projects;

4. to teach the peculiarities of communications for the promotion of their projects;

5. to inform about the opportunities for the development of the population, youth and students.

Results: 

As of October 1, 2021, 3 events were held, 120 people were involved (owners, heads of small businesses, representatives of local executive authorities responsible for social, economic, educational, youth development of the region and active citizens striving to implement community-friendly social and environmental projects). One person has already applied for a grant and is waiting for funding for a social project for the Chuhuiv community, Kharkiv region.
