Support of medium and small businesses – recovery and development of a sustainable Ukrainian economy.
Results:
To support entrepreneurs, UKRSIBBANK, in partnership with Mastercard, started opening consultation desks in Diia.Business centers. As of September 2023, such consultation areas are already operating in 9 cities of Ukraine: Ternopil, Uzhhorod, Kryvyi Rih, Poltava, Odesa, Lutsk, Rivne, Bucha and Kremenchuk.
The bank provides expertise to enable entrepreneurs to better understand business development from the perspective of financial planning and counsel on development opportunities. It includes strategic planning and practical advice on how to open and operate accounts, how to simplify document flow with the help of an electronic digital signature, how to carry out settlement and cash transactions using a payment card, how to use a current account for main business activities, and training – financial mentoring.
Diia.Business, Mastercard, and UKRSIBBANK have launched a series of practical lectures, Finansist, in an open format system of communication, aimed at developing the business community and strengthening the financial literacy of business owners.
As part of the initiative, market experts hold educational meetings on topics requested by residents of Diia.Business centers with entrepreneurs both in the centers and on the Diia.Business online portal. During the first year of the program, 2,000 entrepreneurs attended 13 online and 28 offline events. A grant program to support entrepreneurs has also been launched.
