In the world where innovations are developing at a rapid pace, companies are increasingly realizing that true success depends not only on technology, but also on human capital. INTEGRITES shares this view and is actively working to create an inclusive work environment where every employee has the opportunity to fulfill their potential.

This year,  for the third time INTEGRITES participated in the Senior Trainee Week re-launched by the Enjoying Life Foundation after almost a year-long break. The project aims to challenge the stereotypes related to age discrimination in the Ukrainian labour market and allows the senior generation to try themselves in new professions.

In 2024, INTEGRITES hired Larysa Pavlenko, a participant of the Senior Trainee Week. Having successfully completed a week-long internship at the firm, Larysa joined us as a receptionist. Larysa is a certified travel industry specialist with over 20 years of experience as a flight attendant. Her employment represents one of the first cases of job seekers aged 50+ being integrated into the INTEGRITES core team during the war in Ukraine. Larysa has also become the first job seeker hired by the firm as a result of her participation in Senior Trainee Week.

INTEGRITES plans to continue to participate in the Senior Trainee Week and believe that by setting an example we will encourage other companies in the Ukrainian legal market and beyond to join this very important initiative for Ukrainian society.
