The Efficient Internship programme for students and graduates with disabilities from all over Poland

Project description:
Efficient Internship is a paid internship program dedicated to students and graduates with disabilities.
The program’s partners are united by the idea of an inclusive organization, where diversity and inclusion are the values that determine the direction of business development. The organizer of the program is the ERGO Hestia Integralia Group Foundation, which has been supporting people with disabilities in their management of work and career development for 19 years.
Companies apply for up to 3 internship places, but the program allows for this resource to be expanded. This year, 25 internships were launched in 7 companies in areas such as administration, law, communication and PR, finance, data analysis and human resources management. Internships are carried out remotely, hybrid or on-site, and with the possibility of relocation.
The Integralia Foundation, based on its many years of experience in cooperation with ERGO Hestia, deals with recruitment processes. For teams joined by interns, it conducts training to improve competencies in communication and cooperation with people with disabilities. It also offers advice on workplace adaptation and knowledge supported by proven good practices at every stage of program implementation.
