Crowe Audit NextGen – Internship Program for Future Auditors

Crowe Audit NextGen – Internship Program for Future Auditors

Project description:

Challenge: The main challenge of the project is that finance and economics students often lack access to real, practical experience. Universities provide strong theoretical knowledge, but this is not enough for the first job. At the same time, companies expect to get job-ready specialists. Crowe Audit NextGen addresses this gap by offering mentorship, real audit tasks, and career opportunities, preparing the next generation of auditors.

Solution: The company designed the Crowe Audit NextGen program as a practice-oriented internship tailored for finance and economics students. The solution combines real audit tasks and mentorship by experienced professionals. This approach bridges the gap between theory and practice, giving students practical skills, official certificates, and job offers, while providing the company with motivated, well-prepared young specialists.

Result: The project resulted in the creation of a sustainable internship platform that bridges the gap between theory and practice for finance and economics students. Two completed cohorts of Crowe Audit NextGen engaged dozens of participants, with 50% receiving job offers and continuing their careers at Crowe. Students gained certificates, practical audit skills, and real teamwork experience, while the audit sector benefited from motivated, well-prepared young professionals.
