Charity initiative – Itera Employee Foundation

Charity initiative – Itera Employee Foundation

Project description:
Itera faced a number of challenges when launching its charity initiative: the need to unify and make donations transparent, to engage international colleagues in support, and to create an effective information campaign to maximize fundraising.
To make the process transparent, we created a Donation Bot that collects donations in the form of working hours and provides summary data to the finance department. Regular reports and the initiative’s charter are available on the internal portal. Open meetings and explanations were held to engage international offices.
Since the launch of the initiative, more than $300,000 has been raised, which allowed us to purchase 21 off-road vehicles, 16 drones, radios, body armor, Starlink, and repair vehicles for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. More than 100 employees have become active volunteers and donors. The initiative continues its work, raising funds on a monthly basis.
