Caparol Academy (Ukraine)

Caparol Academy (Ukraine)

Project description:
Challenge:
The main challenges for Caparol Ukraine were forming a culture of learning and overcoming resistance to change; creating a technical center of expertise that combines knowledge from different divisions; ensuring modern continuous learning with relevant content and online formats; using knowledge to solve social problems such as popularizing working professions, retraining IDPs, supporting reconstruction and energy efficiency; establishing cooperation with business, education, and the state to update curricula and develop a joint platform for knowledge exchange.
Solution: Caparol Academy has become a comprehensive solution for the development of the company and society. A single educational platform with three levels of training (Basic, Grow, and Advanced) and over 40 modules has been created, available to both beginners and professionals. The Academy functions as a technical center of expertise, where Caparol technologists and managers act as trainers. The program includes hybrid training formats, regular Product Days, practical seminars, and retraining courses for IDPs. The Academy unites businesses, education, and industry, creates a community of knowledge, and contributes to the sustainable development of the industry.
Result: During the first six months, Caparol Academy conducted 95 training sessions for 516 participants from 18 Ukrainian cities. Three Memorandums of Understanding were signed with Swisscontact EdUP (city of Kyiv), Dnipro Higher Vocational School of Construction, and CPC Synergy (city of Kyiv), with joint projects already underway. The Academy also established cooperation with Kharkiv Vocational School of Construction, expanding its educational network across the country.
