Project description:

The company decided to launch a portal for transparent public monitoring of Ukraine’s recovery. The data will give citizens the opportunity not only to follow how their cities return to peaceful life and how the recovery process progresses, but also to influence the prioritization of these efforts.

The portal offers detailed financial analysis, risk assessments, and a structured feedback mechanism for public oversight, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the process. The tools within the portal allow every Ukrainian not only to see how their city is returning to peaceful life and how the recovery process is progressing but also to have the opportunity to influence the prioritization of this recovery.

The portal collects over 3,220 restoration projects at various stages, with a declared budget of UAH 292 billion. Fifteen public organizations have registered to participate in the monitoring process. As of now, 70 objects are under inspection, and more than 30 inspections have already been completed. BRP is integrated with the DREAM and ProZorro state systems, with each project undergoing automatic risk management based on 20 criteria for prioritizing inspections.
