Project description: 

In accordance with the 4th goal of the UN Global Compact on Quality Education, AC Crowe Ukraine successfully implemented the 10 Days in Audit project. This project was aimed at providing students with practical skills necessary for further professional development and aimed to facilitate their familiarization with the auditing profession.

During a 10 day period, 22 project participants had the unique opportunity to take part in intensive training courses conducted by 7 speakers who are AC Crowe Ukraine’s top management. In total, the students spent 19 hours of intensive learning and practical exercises, which allowed them to delve deeper into the essence of the audit profession.

The 10 Days in Audit project was definitely an important step on the way to training future audit specialists, because the participants had the opportunity to gain practical experience and learn modern technologies and approaches used in this field.

The retention of the country’s intellectual potential is one of the main tasks of today. AC Crowe Ukraine, for its part, does everything possible to attract young people to the profession and encourage them to stay in the country by providing comfortable working conditions.
