Veterans at SoftServe

«Winner in the category Peace»
Project description:
Since the beginning of russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, more than 400 of SoftServe’s colleagues have joined the Ukrainian Armed Forces. So far, more than 70 of them have been demobilized and returned to civilian life, and, unfortunately, three of our colleagues gave their lives to defend their homeland. As a company, SoftServe is committed to ensuring a comfortable return and reintegration process for all our veterans and supporting military personnel in the Armed Forces and veterans in society.
The program includes additional benefits for fellow veterans and the veteran community, training for leaders and teams to work with veterans, educational opportunities in the field of IT, and support for the Armed Forces. Almost 1,000 servicemen and women, veterans, and their families have already enrolled in EmpowerU IT courses. Their Charity Foundation, Open Eyes, has donated more than 200 resuscitation vehicles to the Defense Forces, and SoftServe has already allocated more than UAH 1 billion to various projects to support Ukraine.
